HIKING

Into your walking boots and off it goes! The "Burgenweg" (castle trail) leads you directly from our vineyard to the medieval castles of "Boymont" and "Hocheppan". Experienced hikers are climbing the Eppan high trail and will be rewarded with a magnificent view over the Etsch Valley and the Dolomites. The lakes trail from the Montiggl lakes to the lake of Kaltern is an eye catcher not only at the time of the snowdrops' bloom is a eye's delight. For day trips you reach the Seiser Alm or the Bozen domestic mountains Ritten and Salten by bus or by car within longest 40 minutes.
BIKING

Whether you are a leisure cyclist or an ambitious athlete - it is a pleasure to explore the surrounding areas on one of our free bicycles. Between lovely vineyards and past historic mansions largely on pure cycle tracks you get to nearby lakes as well as to Bozen and Meran. Beautiful tracks are offered to the more experienced MTB cyclists on Eppan high trail and around the Montiggl lakes. These and may other tours are available as well with individual MTB guide.

GOLF

Tee with stunning views. The driving range of "Freudenstein Castle" can be reached in less than three minutes. Challenging players compete from March to November on the Golf Course "Blue Monster", embedded in the orchards of Eppan (to be reached by driving in 5 minutes). A variety of water hazards, lakes and streams requires experience and talent. The "Eppan Golf Trophy" is one of the annual highlights.
CULTURE

In it's weekly concerts the St. Pauls brass band provides insights into regional musical tradition. 
The music festivals of Bozen and Meran provide for enthusiasts of all kinds of classical music different performences of international stature. During the South Tyrolean Jazz Festival musicians from around the world populate the town center of Bozen. The United Stages Bozen and the first-class guest productions from the entire German language area from September to June offer theatre at its best.

EAT and DRINK

The "Überetsch" region is the place to be for gourmets. Discover regional wine varieties from Pinot to Lagrein in several stylish wine bars. South Tyrolean delicacies and mediterranean specialties characterize the kitchens of the inns in and around St. Pauls. The annual highlight is the "Festive Table" in the streets of the village. The surroundings farmers' markets as well as the lush Bozen fruit market allure self-caterers. In hand-picked South Tyrolean taverns one can dine rurally.
